The Manor

The Manor is a 175-acre estate and one of the largest residential builds in the US at the time of its construction. Spanning multiple years of planning and construction, the project includes an exquisite resort-style pool and pool house, a world class Japanese garden with some of the rarest plant material in North America, European sunken gardens, knot gardens, multiple courtyards, one of the largest paving stone driveways in North America, and a custom-built play village for the client's grandchildren.

Situated to take advantage of the expansive views, The Manor embodies elegance and the principles of modern classicism while maintaining a sense of organic harmony with the land. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding environment and iconic estates, including the Palace of Versailles, the design incorporates cobblestone paving, exotic plant palette, and stone walls to create an urban oasis, humanistic in scale and proportion.

The Chateau

Enchanting Garden Estate

The Chateau

Inspired by some of the world's most renowned botanical gardens, The Chateau is a labyrinth of winding stone pathways and staircases which direct visitors through intricate Japanese gardens, formal knot gardens and private garden alcoves. A meticulously curated selection of plants, one-of-a-kind sculptures and custom stonework were hand-selected and artistically placed to lend the landscape a sense of enchantment.

GREEN OASIS

SERENE HOME RETREAT

The Green Oasis

Perched atop the hillside, overlooking 6 acres of manicured terraces and natural stone architecture, sits The Green Oasis.

At the core of the design lies a 20-foot x 50-foot exposed wall pool, which acts as a natural extension of the home. Sited to offer perfect and unobstructed views of the Olentangy River Valley and the expansive custom putting green built into the landscape, the pool acts as both vantage point and captivating centerpiece. Meandering stone staircases leading to a private woodland fire pavilion overlooking a natural stream at the back of the property, borrowing from the surrounding woodlands and expanding the useable acreage to the property boundary.

This space provides sanctuary and respite while serving as an inviting space for friends and visitors.
